Apparently, not much crowd is aware of the fact that Egypt is also known for serving world optimal food. Egyptian cooking is rich in legumes and vegetables. Very unique dishes are prepared with the mixture of high quantity vegetables. Nowhere else in the world will you find so authentically rich dishes in a plate. Gibna Domaiti: One of its kinds, prepared from buffalo milk is squashy cheese white in color. It is a traditional dish of city of domaiti. Gibna is here then assimilated with many other dishes. It is then preserved in tin containers for approximately 3 years. It is also said that more aged the cheese is more delicious it becomes.

Konafa: Konafa is a sweet dish being served in the city of Egypt. It carries noodles stuffing of dry noodles licked up in sweet sauce. They are then dried up and engrossed into cover made with the mixture of cream and nuts. The origins of konafa are still a question but it is still a proud dish of Egypt and is majorly served in lavish dinners. It is mainly served with fruit syrup.

Kababs: Like many other places Egypt too is fond of meat and vegetable kababs. Squarely shaped drawn pieces of meat are grilled on the fire and served with high spices hot sauce, giving a mouth watering experience to the one having it. Mostly the meat of lamb and chicken is used in making kababs.

Pita Bread: Pita is the specialty of Egypt with its giant history. Pita bread was served to the minions in the town with beer and onions in the late centuries. It is the most conventional meal of Egypt made with chickpeas and herbs. Lemon juice is another very important ingredient.

Koushari: Unlike other meat containing dishes, Koushari is a vegetarian dish which consists of rice, Lentins, chickpeas and macroni. All these ingredients and then combined with tomato sauce and served. It is also flavored with onion or garlic and is served with pita bread mainly.
- Baklava: Baklava is a desert served in Egypt. It is a kind of blistering pastry with the filling of honey and nuts inside. We can also use cream as the filling.

Faseekh: One of the traditional dishes of Egypt, usually prepared on festive, made with dried fish. The brew stuff is then salted. It has to be prepared by fasakhani, the expert of preparing faseekh as if cooked incorrectly then can harm a lot as it get poisoned. The dish is stored in air tight jars because of its odd odor.

Ful Medames: One of the primary foods of Egypt. Cooked on hot coals and sand is served with oil and garlic. Lemon juice could be an add on to it. The dish can also be served with many others as that of boiled eggs, tomato sauce and butter etc.
